This mobile cantilever racking system is applied in the glass manufacturing industry，with four columns of mobile cantilever racking have been customized, with a length of 15 meters and a depth of 13 meters. There are four layers for storing goods, with the bottom layer storing glass and the top three layers storing long materials. Each column of mobile cantilever racks can carry 50 tons of materials.
The mobile cantilever racking sysetm is equipped with an electric drive module independently developed by Botro-Racking, which supports single column and multi column movement, meeting different usage scenarios. For the needs of goods counting and precise pickup, Equal Spacing mode can be used. The 4-meter main aisle can be evenly divided into 5 independent small aisles, making personnel operations more convenient and goods zoning management more accurate.
Mobile racking system have similar structure with conventional pallet racking, but Mainly composed of three parts, racking system, drive system and PLC control system.
